A graduate of the University of Cape Town and Unisa, Shaheid brings a rare combination of rigorous legal training and over a decade of senior management experience at Woolworths. That corporate background instilled a discipline in operations, governance and client service. Drawing on this foundation, he established Schrueder Inc. with a clear vision: to build a legal practice defined by professionalism, results, lasting client relationships and value for money.

He specialises in Litigation, Family Law, Deceased Estate Administration, and Corporate & Commercial Support and Advisory Services.

Ahmed completed and obtained his LLB Degree from the University of Western Cape. He completed his articles in 2011 thereafter worked closely with our firm. In 2012, he was appointed as Senior Associate and heads-ups the Litigation Department.

Provides the specialist support on management of property and conveyancing of the firm.

Mrs Schrueder obtained her LLB at the University of South Africa. She joined the firm in 2021 and has experience in civil and criminal litigation. She has a firm interest in administering deceased estates and currently heads up that department.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and LLB from University of Cape Town. He joined the firm in 2023 and specializes in General litigation in the High Court and Magistrate Court as well as Road Accident Fund.

Aphiwe holds an LLB from the University of South Africa (Unisa). She joined the firm in 2024 and specialises in General Litigation.

Thoraya was educated in Fullerton College, Fullerton, California USA, and is currently heading up the Immigration Department.
